REQUIREMENTS

Application Qualifications & Requirements

    Completed 12 or more years of school education or equivalent in home country or abroad
  • (2)
    Completed 150+ hours of Japanese study or proficiency equivalent to CEFR A1 / JLPT N5
  • (3)
    Clear objective and motivation to enter a Japanese university or vocational college upon graduation
  • (4)
    Physical and mental health, with compliance to Japanese laws, school regulations, and provisions
  • (5)
    Financial sponsor possesses adequate financial capability to cover all expenses during the study period

APPLICATION FLOW

Application & Enrollment Process

7-step roadmap from initial application to class arrival

Step 1

Submission of Application Documents

Submit the application form and required documents within the designated application period. The Application Screening Fee must also be paid as instructed. Please note that the application screening fee is non-refundable.

Step 2

Internal Screening & Selection

Based on the submitted documents, a document screening will be conducted. The admission selection process will include a written examination and an oral examination (interview). ※An interview with the financial sponsor may be conducted as necessary..

Step 3

Notification & COE Submission

Applicants will be notified of the selection results. Successful applicants must submit the required documents to the school for the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) application.

Step 4

Immigration Application

After reviewing the submitted documents, the school will apply to the Immigration Services Agency of Japan for the Certificate of Eligibility (COE).

Step 5

Immigration Result & Tuition Payment

Applicants will be notified of the Immigration Services Agency’s decision. After the COE is issued, please pay the tuition fees by the specified deadline.

Step 6

Dispatch of COE & Admission Certificate

After confirming payment of the tuition fees, school will send the Certificate of Eligibility (COE), Letter of Admission, and other required enrollment documents.

Step 7

Visa Application, Arrival & Enrollment

Apply for visa at Embassy or Consulate General of Japan in your home country. Prior to your arrival, you are required to inform the school of your flight information, including the date, time, and flight number. Upon your arrival, school staff will do pickup at airport, Classes will commence following the completion of your enrollment procedures and orientation.

(Tuition Refund Policy)

As a general rule, paid student fees will not be refunded. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

  1. (1) If a visa application is rejected after the issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility (COE), the remaining balance after deducting the screening fee will be refunded to the applicant.
  2. (2) If the applicant withdraws enrollment for personal reasons after paying the student fees, the remaining balance after deducting the screening fee and admission fee will be refunded to the applicant.
  3. (3) If other special circumstances (such as death of the applicant) occur prior to enrollment, the principal will judge on a case-by-case basis.
  4. (4) The same rule applies to individuals who are ordered to be suspended.
  5. (5) Fees already paid by individuals who are ordered to be expelled will not be refunded in principle.
  6. (6) Refund of fees requires the return of both the "Certificate of Eligibility (COE)" and the "Admission Permit".
